Hi all - good week this week. Last Wednesday I was 98.000kg - today 97.100kg so a loss of 900g. I am feeling very pleased with myself. My next goal is to get under 95.500kg. & then I will be the lightest I have been in about 15 years!! :D :D
Congratulations to all who have lost weight this week & to those who have put on just put it behind you & start again. There is no point in berating yourself - mind you I used to do that when I gained but now I think well all that is in the past & I have a future to look forward to being a lot healthier!!

Thanks for that encouragement Kate. I am actually looking forward to our holidays in May (I will be away from 4 to 22 May inclusive so will not be logging in to record my weight during that time). I have it planned that I will be very careful with what I eat & swim in motel pools twice a day wherever possible. If I can't do the swimming, I will try to walk each day & do it in 10 minute lots.

sounds like a great plan jane. i think being organised and pre planning before events like that is the way to go. it keeps you on track. i will post a photo of me wagging my finger this week at ally so feel free to print it off and take it with you to the motel in may :P that will keep you on track

Thanks Ally, I think the running is paying off.

I know BMI doesn't take a lot of things into account, but according to my BMI Another 200grams and I am in my normal weight range! :D

That is really great Donk!! It sure sounds like the running is paying big dividends in the weight loss department....Wow only 200g to go for the "normal" BMI that must give you a big encouragement!!

THIS WEEK: 73.4

Gain of .4 but I am not upset about it!!
