I'm getting into the 90's well. I am a bit worried as this seems to be my self sabotage point. Dunno why but important yearly events always happen just as I get to this mark and I start putting on weight again.
I did go a bit crazy on Easter Day...but I am over it now and am going for two 2km walks each day now instead of one.
Fingers crossed that next week will see a loss as well...or even if I stay the same...either way I will be happy.
