well up til now i have had my weekly weigh in with my goal being between .5 and 1kg a week. that was fine while i was eating well but not doing much exercise.
however, now i've stepped up with the exercise i'm finding im not loosing kgs so im turning more towards my measuring tape.
so my measurement losses for the past week are:
neck - 0cm
arm - .5cm
bust - 2cm
waist - 3cm
hip - 3cm
thigh (r) - 2cm
may not seem like much at the moment........but since i started the journey started in august 05 i've lost a total of 53.5cm from my bod.
