Thanks Kate! It's actually motivated me more I think! I've already been for a brisk walk and have eaten my two serves of fruit (a mandarin and some grapes)! I've started buying clothes in my goal size so I can have some physical motivation and to see where I need to be at!! 8)

sounds like you have the right ideas :
1. feeling pumped and continuing with your weightloss
2. looking to the future and having goals in mind i.e. clothing

you will go far :)

i always found with each decrease in weight on the scales that i read that i was motivated and knew that i was doing the right things :)

Yeah the clothes thing works for me!! I have a box under our bed that is marked 85kgs and I can't open it until I get down to 85kgs!! It's filled with jeans and pants all brand new and billabong or ripcurl, which I've always wanted but could never fit into!!! I have sizes from 16 down to a 12, which is my goal size!! It seems so far away though!!

its so great buying small clothes and fitting into them :) when i reach mini goal weights i buy clothes that are a size too small and work to fit into them. when i hit double digits i bought some jeans in a size too small and now they are too big for me! my next test is to fit into my size 14 roxy jeans that i should fit into by the time i hit 85 :)
