Bought myself a set of bathroom scales today! According to this set I am 2 kg lighter than last week (well actually 4, but I rounded down to the nearest 5 when inputting my starting weight). However, last week i got weighed at the day-hospital before losing my wisdom teeth so i have 3 theories to explain this difference

1) my wisdom teeth weighed a LOT
2) the different scales were not equally accurate
3) I actually lost weight.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

Lost 1kg this week. My tip for this week is strawberries and walnuts. Strawberries for just when i need something to nibble on and walnuts have replaced "sour cream and onion" chips - EVIL FOOD.

What a terrible week, who would have thought after not eating for 4 days then only being able to stomach chips (low fat oven fries) I would have put on a kilo!!!! :?

Not very happy at the moment.

well, if you weren't eating anything, maybe your body thought it was starving and the next chance it got it stored anything and everything?

Thanks Melcandoit :-) I love your group name - wish I could be more imaginative!

I am also suprised that I have said so much on this forum - I belong to a few groups manily for animals and mostly for dogs - and say little, but here I am baring my all (I should re-phrase that really) but you know what I mean? Maybe 6 people that I know really well, know that I have crohns but here I just slot it in every now and again LOL. Plus to talk about weight issues----I would never have thought it was so easy to talk to people - considering I am quite a private person really, you would never believe it would ya!?

To keep with the topic of this particular board :Weight today for Mr Personal Trainer is : 79.7 kilo's.

My fatty-bits have shifted OMG  it has moved from my upper abdomen and is now hanging ceremoniously lower  before ya all know it they will be down by my ankles!

Hope every one has a good day.

Cheers
Maria

Maria, I love how frankly you talk to us all (and your great sense of humour) I too have noticed that I say more about my private life and my health here than anywhere else, it's a great release to find a forum where you can say things and know someone is listening and actually caring.

Yes I know Dolly, I don't really know how it happened but I figured I am joining the group so I might as well be honest

It's strange how you can feel the need to be open and frank with a bunch of friendly-strangers (hahahahahha)

You attached image is a picture of me right?? how did you know what I look like?? (tooooo funny)

Cheers
