Today was 76kg, but I had forgotten to weigh until I ate breakfast, which was quite big as I had made the bloke and I pancakes for a treat and the 'suggested serve' from the tv show was huge...not that I ate it all, but was still filing! SO anyway, I'm guessing if it wasn't for breakky and a cup of tea it would have been about 75kg as usual.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

This Week: 59.2kg

A Gain of 0.1kg... Boo :( I had been slack on the exercise though so what do I expect?!

still here...plodding along..have had a couple of highly stressfull weeks and havent put much effort into watching what i eat or exercising.... (blah...another excuse on the 'why i have a fat bum' list) :lol:

Anyway back on track today....doesnt it happen every time you get back on the horse along comes a challange....like our work meeting...hardly ever do we get cakes/biscuits...but of course todays there were plate loads of them..... I chopped up my apple and pretended it was a crunchy bikkie...not the same but anything to resist the tempation...i have will power....(somewhere!!! :roll: )

anyway best of luck to everyone and congrats to those who did well this week...i will give you the damage report next weigh in on Monday ....aggghhhhhhhhhh

This week: 87.6kg

A loss of 0.4kg this week. This is pretty reflective of my lack of walking over the last week... but any loss is good :D !

I know this is only weekly losses but I haven't posted here for so long because I was having so much trouble getting back on track and I would loose some then put some back on. :(

I have been steady now for about 3 weeks and have lost 1.5kg.

3 weeks ago: 124.5kg

This week: 123kg

Loss: 1.5kg :D

Hi all - I am back from holidays now - last weigh in on 2.5.07 I was 93.750kg & today (23.5.07) I am 96.050kg. I am pleased (I know that sounds funny but it is true!!) that I only put on 2.3kg. You would not believe how much take away food I have eaten in that time but now it is back to the nitty gritty. Unfortunately I was unable to do any exercise but I start again properly tomorrow (24.5.07) so hopefully I will get back on track!!
