I did post this in last weeks thread, but Ill post it again here. Went to the gp again today, and have to change my starting weight to 110.5 rrr (up 1.5 kgs, different scales) and he is really keen for me to do the optifast thing, at least for a month or so until I get under 100 kgs....so, Ill have another go tommorow... so Ill weigh in again next Sunday, hopefully there will be less of me :D

Last week 98 kilos.

Start of this week 99 kilos due to the fact I had a pretty big weekend. Knew it was coming so definitely putting in a big effort this week.

Everyone has to have their good weekends now and then, as long as you stay focussed on the long term goal.

hey grace do what you feel is best for your body mate. if you cant tolerate the optislim then do whats best for you :)

112.5 on Saturday. I have been hovering on this for a couple of weeks, my highest weight ever.

That is why I joined this forum I need to do something different.

Hi there! I'm new here...

I've been on my weight loss journey since spetember last year and it now seems I've hit that dreaded point where you're so close but so far.... so it seemed like a good idea to join up here and see if I can pick up some good advice/ hints... here it goes:

September 06 weight 70kg
June 07 weight 60kg
Goal Weight 55kg

I'm hoping to even lose half a kilo this week. Thought maybe a food diary might help to keep a track of things so i dont slip up

Hi All,

I'm wraped to say that the dreaded plateu has broken & I've lost 1.6 kilo for the week, 90.8 last week & 89.2 this week, the advice about breaking the plateu was exellent & best of all it worked, thanx
