I was about 97 kilos at Christmas.

I was about 97 kilos at Christmas and am now down to about 87-88.

The first few kilos came off quick but these next few kilos are going to be a little slower coming off.

But that's OK. I'm already starting to look and feel better just from the kilos I've already lost.

My goal is to get below 85 and then somewhere around 80.

Hi there i am currently in between 98 and 95 kg as it fluctuates all the time . I am only starting my journey so hope fully i will be ok . I would love to lose about 33kgs . fingers crossed

Good on you hushpuppy, what sort of things are you planning to do to lose the weight?

Have you broken down the 33 kilo goal into smaller goals?

Keep us posted of your progress and if you need any encouragement along the way, I'm sure you'll find it here. :)

Me and you have the same amount to lose lets fight the flab together, pick a day and we will weigh in together, and try and keep each other motivated

Hey all , im trying to walk every day , starting off around the block witch would take 20 mins and build from there . havent done much exercise since having my son 18 mths ago so i want to start slowly .
Hopefull i can lose between0.5 and 1 kg a week , went out and got myself a food diary , dont want to read how much i eat lol it may wake me up .
Hey Pam i think the middle of the week say wednesday or thursdau would be good then we can keep track . And i need all the motivation i can get , my hubby is 6ft 3 and slim lol he no help

Lets make it Thursday but since its already Thursday night here I will weigh in first thing tomorrow ok and from then on every Thursday morning ok
