This Week: 97.9kg

Loss: 0.3kg :?

Better than a gain, but I was expecting a bit more since I actually exercised 5 days this week :shock:

97 last week . .

96 kilos this week, another kilo gone.

Only problem is I bought a whole heap of board shorts before i started and now only have 2 pair of shorts that fit . . bugger :lol:

Good work folks.

Hey Emma don't worry you've probably put on muscle with that amount of exercise - just a bit frustrating when you're watching the scales. :) BTW I wish I had your scales, if only I could get .3kg. When I weighed in the scale fluctuated from 111.5 to 112, back and forth, finally settling on 112. That is the same as I weighed last week. :lol:

Anyway I'm pretty happy as I went on holidays and got a bit off track.

I just started too.
I'm 59 kilos. I weighed myself this morning. Have done heaps of exercise so we will see what happens next week.

Note to self: get electronic scales. My scales are old and crappy!!!
