lost 1.5kg's this week :D down to 106kg

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Oops......will have to weigh-in tomorrow, I just had my breakfast and 2 mugs of coffee (which would really make the scales weigh heavy)

Sure Tanya, the hardest part of dieting is when you do reach goal and have to try hard to maintain that weight.
I'm down 1 from last week, I'm feeling positive I can do it again for next week too.

this week I'm 58.6, up 300gm from last week. But my fluctuates everyday between 58.3-58.8 kg, I've got a christmas pool party tomorrow so hopefully I'll not gain any weight between now and tomorrow.

Thanks guys,

I could not belive it when i seen it. I started the x trainer last week at the gym for 5 min each day and this friday and saturday i did 15 min.... it is so hard...Iam so happy , you guys help me so much.
