Hmmm... Not the best but i had a TERRIBLE weekend.

Have started the excercising thing properly this morning so next week should be better.

Well done to everyone. (wish i had lost 2kgs!) :P

Unfortunately I didn't have a loss this week :( but I didn't have a gain either :D I have stayed the same :roll: due to not being able to workout as much with my "shin splints" (oh yes, I've STILL got them :shock: :cry: ) and with my little DS being very sick with the flu :(

Hopefully next week I'll have some better news to report to you all :?

Wow. Good work folks!

4th week at the same weight for me - 112kg. I'm getting a bit sick of saying, "At least I havent put any on", but it is true. My weight had been slowly creeping up every week or two. We are bringing about some real changes and hopefully they will pay dividends in the long run, eg we now both have breakfast and lunch. My husband used to skip meals then binge at night with snacks and takeaway. I hope we'll have less temptations around in future. Reading your comments, makes me aware that my exercise has dropped to next to nothing. I'm always so busy. I really need to tackle this issue.

hey marcia at least you are addressing the issues as to why you arent losing the weight. looking forward to seeing the changes you are making :)

I bought my own set of scales today and did my first weigh in since the 1st of July and I'm excited! :D

Starting Weight: 70kg
Current Weight: 68kg
