Well looking forward to climbing on those scales on Monday morning I am hoping for at least a kilo off but I know I am heading in ther ight direction, I think it has helped taking my meals to work plus I have saved heaps of money, I have promised myself that if I go on the treadmill without missing a day during the week I will buy myself something, I did miss Saturday cos I was really full of flu, anyway I bought myself a Mango body wash from the body shop  , and you will never believe this Andy my partner who really needs to lose weight too did 15 minutes on the treadmill tonite after I had finished, I am so pleased with him I just hope he continues.
I am going to Queensland for Christmas do you think a 20 kilo loss is a realistic goal, I would like more but hec if I can lose 20 kilos I will be more than happy
