This is awful. I weigh 84 kilos. I am over 20 kilos overweight for my height.
I had my baby nearly 11 months ago and havnet lost any of the weight i put on.

I have to get on track and lose it.

Congratulations on your baby! Being a mother must feel like an amazing achievement but good on you for embarking on another journey of achievement: losing the baby weight.

Hmm, I'm a bit worried now though, I really want kids but I'm afraid I'll have to make the weightloss journey all over again if I do.

Oh well, I still have 10 years to think about it

Hi Jo, well done on making a start. I can completely relate as I am in the middle of losing the 17kg that never came off after my baby! I think the good news is that having a child gives you the best inspiration ever to get healthy and fit. (also think of it like this, if you can go throgh loabour you can pretty much do anything!) good luck!

Good on you Jo for making the decision to lose the weight and following up by seeking out support. This forum is great. Lots of information and positive people. Good luck
