Congratulations to people who have been able to stick it out and lose weight this week.
I'm up 1 kg to 113.5
I didn't weigh in last week because I knew it wouldn't be good. I have made an effort this week but now weigh more than ever before.
What am I doing? Spent 3 hours on the phone to my daughter analysing this. I primarily eat when stressed and I always feel snowed under. So my real goal should be to deal with the stress:
1. identify what is causing stress & resolve it
2. practise relaxation techniques (actually do them regularly not just think about them)
