Weighed myself yesterday and the scales said I was up 0.6kg (97.0kg) but I weighed myself this morning (just to see the difference) and it said I was 96.0kg. I did no exercise yesterday and food wasnt perfect so there is no way I lost a kilo in a day so I am going with 96.0kg. I'm putting the 97kg down to having a late dinner on Sunday night. So.....
