Hehe thanks! I just hope i keep losing until I get to my goal weight.

I would say my ratio is 60% exercise, 40% diet. I had a SHOCKING diet week last week, but I exercised my ass off (1-3 hours a day), and I still lost. So i reckon its still important, Ive found that I am looking more toned and slimmer because of the exercise. I also want to get into running...

But yeah, once you start exercising you'll really notice the difference! I hope you get addicted to it like me, then its not a pain to go to the gym, and I quite enjoy it..

Just make sure when your in the gym alone you push yourself! I slack off a bit by myself... I really should do classes. Are you going to do pilates?

hehe yep! i'm hoping to go to 3 x 1hr classes a week (one of them is pilates) + 2 x 45min treadmill :)

Monday 3 September

Last weeks weight: 57.9kg
This Weeks Weight: 58.0kg
Weight Gain: 0.1kg!

YAY i only put on 0.1 of a kg! The week I have had it really should have been SOOOOOOO much more!

Aim for Next Monday: 57.0kg
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

I am not weighing in until Saturday..

I didnt weigh in on Monday cause I wasnt at home, and I was all bloated and pre-mentrual on Tuesday when I weighed in.

So Saturday! I should be retaining no fluids and will have a more accurate weigh in. Sorry if that disgusted anyone hehe.

My Goal Weight for Saturday: 57.5kg
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

So yay! I swear I put on like 5kg. And my body fat % was lower this morning.
