I know Kate, I can't believe it myself. I'm not really placing all my focus on my weight (this time round) so I'm assuming the lake of stressing day in and day out about my weight is helping me. I know I will hit a plateau soon enough, it always happens :shock:

you will be fine jen, remember its not a race to your goal, you are making healthy decisions you can live with for the rest of your life. and living beside the river would be a great motivator to getting out and running! wish i lived in an apartment *sigh*

Been a couple of weeks since I posted but I am happy to report I have lost 2 kilos . .

Last reported weigh in weight was 94 kilos.

Its now 92 kilos.

Some good losses there too guys and gals keep going hard . .

my first official weigh in since finding this site and now have been in diet/exercise mode for 4 weeks
yipee! 71.4 today-loss of 1.6kg this week-have never lost weight this fast before-maybe it is the exercise at the gym which my personal trainer daughter suggested to me combined with a low fat, low carb diet. im on a roll and now not only determined to keep going with the weight loss but i am also feeling more toned (still got lots of floppy bits that i dont think exercise will fix but what the heck-my health is my main concern :D :roll:
i have tried to adjust my ticker but not sure if i have done it properly lets see!!!!

0.6kg lost :D I think that is pretty good for my very "naughty" weekend :evil:

good stuff to everyone else! Seeing everyone elses weight loss has helped me keep motivating myself to exercise and trying to eat right! So THANK YOU!!!
