That's excellent Sandrah. Sounds like you're right on track and if we didn't allow a few slip-ups every now and again life would be pretty boring.

My weekly weigh in

Postby esoteric » Sat Sep 01, 2007 7:22 pm

It's been a tough battle but I am happy seeing it with my triceps and face. I guess I stand alittle straighter too.

I started at 92 weighed in the afternoon before changing my bad habits.

Now it said I weighed 87, I am sure alot of that was water weight but I can feel safe to say that an hour a day of 4 to 6 km of walking has helped too.

I am worried though that I will never see this progress again. Starting out always drops alot then goes downhill from there.

Thanks Kate,

I'm hoping to stay motivated, I do feel fatigued and I walk only to watching tv as it helps me to stay distracted lol.

I will keep with it, if others can do it, then I know I can do it too.

Glad to see you around looks like we signed up for the Sept challenge. I have noticed writing things in does make me think twice about what I eat and what I do.

Love, Sara

I know I posted here from last week (Sunday), but since I weighed on Saturday, technically it goes in here also!!

well last week the scales were 79.5 (I put down 79 out of embarrassment  ) but I don't know that my scales are accurate to 500gm. Anyway, this week was 79 on the knocker, so I'm counting that as a loss, just because I can and it's motivating!! :P
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
