I know I posted here from last week (Sunday), but since I weighed on Saturday, technically it goes in here also!!
well last week the scales were 79.5 (I put down 79 out of embarrassment
) but I don't know that my scales are accurate to 500gm. Anyway, this week was 79 on the knocker, so I'm counting that as a loss, just because I can and it's motivating!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
