New scales tell the scarey truth

Postby Kyles » Sun Jan 08, 2006 11:57 am

Well I decided to buy a new set of scales last week in the Myer sale (30% off) as the other eletronic set seemed dogdy. Unfortunately they were and a rude shock  was recieved when it showed me being about 10 kgs heavier than what the old scales were showing.

I guess this little shock has just given me more motivation to challenge myself by eating alot healthier, doing alot more excerise and drink plenty of water.

So as at now I am 122kgs - 47 to lose...

I know how you feel about the scales. I got given some expensive scales for Christmas and they made me 2 kilo heavier than my old set, so I had to start over with my ticker graph too.
Darn evil scales.

I hate scales too - they suck big time!!!

I've heard so many people say that you should go by your clothing size and by how you feel instead of how much you weigh.

I've also heard that muscle weighs much more than fat. Well, I must have heaps of lean muscle then! LOL

I'm so confused!
