Have you tried the "here, this cupboard is for your junk food, it has a lock - go hide the key. Any junk I find on the bench goes in the bin" trick?
I lost 2 this week - down to 100kg come on the double digit figures!!!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
