Good idea Dolly, that way people can just pick the day of the week that suits them best to weigh (as long as it's the same day every week).

I'm going to stick to Thursdays though.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

this is so damn frustrating . after eating well and doing mod amount of exercise i put on 1kg . lately the scale are going down 1 then up one .. im ready to chuck the whole thing in

Oh no Jules please don't chuck it all in!
Just add and omit certain foods from your diet until you find what works for you.
The No Diet Plan that I have on the Personal Diaries forum might work for you. You omit all grains except for porridge oats, drink 3 litres of water, and exercise a little.

Yeah i know Dolly i wont chuck it in but its very frustrating . I even blow up my family cause they dont see that when they leave fatty snacks on the bench i give into temptation . i just fee like theya re not giving me any help or support. Like this afternoon on the bench was a packet of donuts a bottle of coke and a packet of choc frogs . i think i neeed to walk around with my eyes closed so i dont see it

Have you tried the "here, this cupboard is for your junk food, it has a lock - go hide the key. Any junk I find on the bench goes in the bin" trick?

I lost 2 this week - down to 100kg come on the double digit figures!!!!
