This week- 119.0 kgs woooo hoooo (although I really cant take much credit as I barely ate and did no exercise thanks to the gastro :roll: ) oh well a loss is a loss eh? ;) xx

now i know why these fruit and vegie pics are so familiar. when i was working there was a story book at the preschool which had the whole book of fruit and vegies (these exact pics) and it talked about feelings etc. very cute :)

I asked my trainers how often I should weigh in, and they said once a month. Why's that?

Its more accurate, I think thats a little extreme though. Once a week is good.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

my brothers trainer told him the same thing- or even if he didnt want to do it monthly do it 3 monthly. its because different things can affect your weight each week. its better to get an overall look at weightloss going by a months result.
