You're still losing! And does it really matter if it takes forever to get to goal, as long as you STAY there and don't re-gain the weight? You're losing at exactly the right rate for long term maintained weight loss.. so whatever you're doing, keep it up!

Goodmorning all. This morning I weigh 62.3 a loss of 0.4. I'm not losing at the rate I was, but I suppose I should be happy it is still coming off.

Hi everyone, I have been incredibly slack over the holiday period and haven't weighed in for almost a month!! I have been very naughty over Christmas as well and today I weigh 63.0 up 1.1kg from my last weigh in. I'm very angry with myself so time to get serious again!

Thats ok, its only a small gain and you will lose it quickly. Try not to sweat it, xmas is a time to be enjoyed :D

Hi everyone, I have been so slack with my weigh ins which I was afraid would happen, ive gotten so close to my goal and adopted a near enough is good enough approach which is what I really wanted to avoid! So Ive made a pledge to get back on the horse and get rid of the last few kilos. This morning I weigh 62.0.

Sharee, can I ask how tall you are?

I'm 168cms and started at 74.5kg with a target of 65....wondering if I could possible aim lower??

Great job so far by the way!!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

This morning I weigh 61.3kg, down about half a kg.


HI Ali, sorry it took so long to reply, I'm 166cm, I think your goal sounds spot on, but different weights feel and look different for different people. I'm going to wait till I get to my goal weight then reassess whether i need to lose another couple of kg.

Hi guys!! Well it sure has been a long time between weigh ins :lol: so in 3 and a half years I have managed baby number two and a whole lot of weight!! So here I am again - heading back towards a goal of 62kg. Today I weigh 78 :shock:

This morning I weigh 75.6, a loss of 2.4kg! Have eaten plenty so would expect that loss to slow down this week - great start though! :o
