You're still losing! And does it really matter if it takes forever to get to goal, as long as you STAY there and don't re-gain the weight? You're losing at exactly the right rate for long term maintained weight loss.. so whatever you're doing, keep it up!
Hi everyone, I have been incredibly slack over the holiday period and haven't weighed in for almost a month!! I have been very naughty over Christmas as well and today I weigh 63.0 up 1.1kg from my last weigh in. I'm very angry with myself so time to get serious again!
Hi everyone, I have been so slack with my weigh ins which I was afraid would happen, ive gotten so close to my goal and adopted a near enough is good enough approach which is what I really wanted to avoid! So Ive made a pledge to get back on the horse and get rid of the last few kilos. This morning I weigh 62.0.
This morning I weigh 61.3kg, down about half a kg.
HI Ali, sorry it took so long to reply, I'm 166cm, I think your goal sounds spot on, but different weights feel and look different for different people. I'm going to wait till I get to my goal weight then reassess whether i need to lose another couple of kg.
