yeah it is hard i agree with you!! but i think the more times you say 'no' to things the easier it becomes. next time another tempting food comes your way just stop and think about the pizza and how you weighed in and had a great loss whereas if you had the pizza it probably would have hindered it
Wow! Congrats on giving up ciggies! I gave them up 6 years ago now and feel so much healthier for it. You will find exercising so much easier without them and the money you save will more than cover a gym membership

Hi Lisa, you are doing well. Igave up smoking 18 months ago. So it is still fresh in my mind. I went cold turkey. When you want a smoke just picture what it will do to your body. Just imagine yourself in years to come being on oxygen to breath or losing one or both legs due to lack of circulation. Which is what happens when you dont get enough oxygen in your body. I am trying to apply the same theory to my weight lose journey. I only started with the weight lose 5 days ago so fingers crossed but it isnt as clear cut as being a non smoker as I cant be a non eater.
