OK, Grace is starting over AGAIN, today is DAY1! :lol: Had a bad week, but Im still here and Im trying, so thats better than giving up after a few binges like I usually would :D SO starting weight- 120.9 kgs (same as last week)

Hi all,
last week #1 - 135.5

week 2 - 132
I'm happy with that and still motivated to change my life. That is good for me usually start with the chippies bout now.
My goal for this week is to walk every day not putting a time limit on it because I dont know how much I can do.

Well the first week has been a success! A loss of 1.1kg. considering I had KFC friday and pizza last night, all the extra exercise must have ballanced it out!

Boy am I tired! But the house is looking better and more organised every day and my husband said he could feel my ribs for the first time in years! :lol:

Week 1: loss 1.1kg
Ultimate Goal 65kg by 18/09/08
This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!! :)

Best week i have had with my diet and exercise and not much of a loss, but at least i didnt put on.

Why is it it takes so little time and so little effort or thought to actually put it on, and so much time and hard work to get it off? lol.

Not sure why it has stayed the same, i expect it to drop over the next few days. I have exercised heaps and I'm feeling a bit healthier. I think it is Spring - all the warm sunny days, birds singing and bees a buzzing.

weight loss this week 1.5kg yipeeeee!!!! about time i lost some more-will probably go another few weeks now without losing-this seems to be the pattern with me but at least its cummin off!
