(prolly cos i have been sick and didnt workout and had two weekends with birthdays and its ttom)

I don't even bother weighing myself during TTOTM... It makes me sad if I see a gain. Don't worry... 300g can be lost almost as easily as it was put on! :)

76kg today - that's a 2kg loss!!!! I think probably due to my Cradle Mt exploits and also due partially to my excessive (for me) willpower in eating due to fear of having more gallstone attacks. I will try to learn from this and take something positive out of these frigging attacks.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Had a great week last week and was soooo naughty this week!!
gain of 0.5kg

Last week- 61.7kg
this week- 62.2kg
:shock: Thought I would have gained more!!

On Mon 1/10 clean up eating habits!!!! Since I know that is where I'm shooting myself in the foot!!

Yeah! lost another 0.7kg. only missed this weeks goal by 0.2kg, not bad.

Goal for next monday 82.0 kg - (loose 0.7kg) I think I can do that specially if I actually do some exercise!
Ultimate Goal 65kg by 18/09/08
This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!! :)
