Last week 82.7kg
This week 82.9kg

up a tiny 0.2kg Not worth calling a weight gain, so going to ignore it.

Overall loss is what I concentrate on and thats 1.6kgs so far.
Ultimate Goal 65kg by 18/09/08
This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!! :)

Well after a rough couple of weeks dealing with some issues...I got the help I needed and am very happy with myself...

4 KG LOST in the week!!! Wooooo!

82.2kg to 78.2kg!

Am now in the 70's and couldnt be happier! Am back on track which is awesome! :D :D :D

Yesterday i had gained 200g for the week, I thought it was all fluid, I was right! This morning I'm 600g lighter than yesterday so my revised loss for the week is:

last week 82.7
This week 82.3

Lost 400g

Thats better!

I weighed in on Sunday, but I didn't want to post first. ;)

Last week: 111.1
This week: 110.8
= -0.5 :)

The week before I was sick, and lost 3kg, so I'm happy with 0.5 cos it means I'm slowing down, returning to normal. Also I had a big Saturday night... ;)

Thanks 4 that! And yeh is good to get things sorted out, the mind never ceases to amaze me! Im just very lucky I can get such awesome theta/kineselogy treatment done- I sware she is my guardian angel on earth...I wouldnt be where I am today without her help!

Hehe yeh thought I'd do a ticker- to remind me how far I have come!

And thanks heaps Sharee, I have been trying to get into the 70's for soooooooo long. But with alot of trial and error and all the rest I finally have gotten here! So thanks again!

thanks kate for the encouragement! had a long weekend this weekend at mudgee wineries with a group of friends-despite counting calories still managed to enjoy myself but i am pretty shocked i put on weight-sometimes i think i would have been better of joining the others in the eating and drinking fest! if i had done,, however i would have felt much worse after the weekend so ill just get on with it!

thats right! you would have felt worse and you would have known what the affects to your body are from the eating and drinking! i reckon with that long car trip you are probably retaining fluid :)

Its probably way too late to add to this but I weighed myself this morning and still 65kg - so no weight loss or gain. This is annoying though cos even though I haven't been perfect with my eating habits I feel as though I have improved greatly so why no difference???
