Its really annoying because I was 81.8 on Sat morning and blew it in a big way over the weekend! I've done that two weeks in a row now. So have to work on it for next weekend. I actually think it's diet coke/pepsi causing fluid to build up as I didn't eat lots of bad stuff and it dropped off pretty quick last week. So no more diet drinks, back to water when I'm out!
