Awww the cauli sheep are so cute~!

Loss of 400g this week, so am now 77.8kg! Very happy after a 4kg loss last week, is good that I still lost! :D

Last week 82.3kg
This week 82.4kg
gain on 100g

Its really annoying because I was 81.8 on Sat morning and blew it in a big way over the weekend! I've done that two weeks in a row now. So have to work on it for next weekend. I actually think it's diet coke/pepsi causing fluid to build up as I didn't eat lots of bad stuff and it dropped off pretty quick last week. So no more diet drinks, back to water when I'm out!

This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!! :)

WOW Kate, 7kg in 5 weeks is absolutely awesome.
I've done the same thing a couple of times now as well Matchbox. On Friday I have lost weight for the week but go too far on the weekend! I'm sure you will have a loss this week!

Don't you hate those nasty weekends! Well not so much hate them but hate how your diet always alters on the weekend. That's why I do my weekly proper way on Wednesday's to eliminate the weekend factor :wink:

This Week: 110

I have been sticking to my heathy routine and now I have gastro + bloated so I'll have to wait a few days to see the repercussions. I visited Melbourne for the weekend but instead of fun it was torture. "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" lol

I weighed myself this morning. Wasnt going to coz i was so bad over the weekend.
Last week:94.4
this week: 94.2
so lost 200 grams. was very surprised :D
