I was outta control this week with parties , uni's last day, etc!
I know I only had to lose 0.6 kg to hit goal!!
Well I didn't I triple it, in the wrong way up the scales!!
I think that I am subconsciously sabotaging myself as I have never hit goal and am scared too, as I have worked so hard to get there and I'm scared to reach it because maybe I'll feel empty??
I don't know maybe I need to talk to Dr Phil??
