Current weight: 77.7
5 weeks down!!!

I lost 1.5kg for this week so exciting but needed it after last week losing only 400g. I am finding I have a good week every second week anyone else find this???
I will succeed!! I really can do it!!

That often happened to the contestants on the Biggest Loser, too, even though they worked out the same and ate the same :?

I hope mine is a good week ;)

(but not jumping on the scales until next month)

up to 76kg again :roll: At least not the scales are going up and down, maybe finally they'll go down steadily again! LOL I do have a feeling I may have been a little, uh, bound up, so to speak which might have influenced things. We'll see next week.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I was outta control this week with parties , uni's last day, etc!
I know I only had to lose 0.6 kg to hit goal!!
Well I didn't I triple it, in the wrong way up the scales!! :oops: :oops:
I think that I am subconsciously sabotaging myself as I have never hit goal and am scared too, as I have worked so hard to get there and I'm scared to reach it because maybe I'll feel empty??
I don't know maybe I need to talk to Dr Phil?? :lol:

Dont stress mate! Life is to be lived!!! And it was 4 good reason! Pardi's and uni's last day! Hope you had a crazy time!

Its most likely fluid,if you drank heaps and ate heaps! It will come back off in a few days, it happens 2 me after big w/ends! Just drink lotsa water!

And you were probably at goal during the week prior 2 when u started pardi'n...so smile, enjoy life n remember the scales arent everything!
