Still trying to find my around this site thankyou for the friendly welcome. I am 186 cm I am not sure my of weight because my scale stop at 120 kg but it seems from looking in this forum the BMI figure is the important one and I know I must be somewhere between 35 and 40 :( .
I work in the mining industry ( chemicals ) and I guess need detoxify myself first dispite the smokes and beers . I heard that the toxins in ones system can limit the ability to shed gravity . I was wondering if anyone has any opinion or experience on the far infared detox boxes/ saunas available on the market these days please ?. Dispite the weight umm somehow I can still manage to run skip and hope around quite well as far as fitness goes . why i dunno . I guess this is going to be a whole new learning experience :).

Hi Rayzenidea and welcome to the forum! Sometimes it can be a struggle, but you can get there!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
