Hi Pam - i was wondering where you were??? I see your name on just about everything! I joined about three weeks ago and this forum has been the best thing i think i ever did for my weight loss!!!

Hope to be back on board and contributing properly real soon, I am off to have a glucose tolerance test this morning, I have been diagnosed diebetic, and this test tells me what sort and how bad etc
Nice to see the forum bobbing along so well

Had a friend named Johno diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He stuck so rigidly to his new diet rules that he actually rid himself of the disease.
Unfortunately once he got the all clear, he went back to beer abuse with his pub mates (that was what damaged his health in the first place) only this time he's not bothering to check back with his doctors. :shock: :shock: :shock:
