Im new to the forum so thought Id better do an intro.
Never had a weight problem before, but now im in my 40's and the weight has piled on since I gave up smoking 15 months ago. (13 kilos)
I was about 10 kilos overweight before that, so I have a bit to lose lol.
Okay, Im in Vic, have a sweet tooth, and very little motivation, so Im looking for a kick up the rear end to get started.
Goal to lose - 25 kilos
Starting on 30/10/2007
Goal date - 15/6/2008
Ive never been on a diet before, but would like a decent weight loss in the first two weeks so I can stay focused. I was thinking about those Celebrity Slim shakes to start off with.
I have a treadmill and an exercise bike that rarely gets used (lack of motivation) but I do ride my pushbike to school and back on schooldays and take my dogs for a walk most days.
I dont eat very well, Im not one to cook meat and 3 veg, so I tend to snack and eat loads of carbs.
