Hi Donna, welcome aboard!

There's a few girls here who have tried out CS and had some good results, try searching the forum or just wait, I suspect a few of them will reply soon! :)

Hi Dona and welcome to the forum! Sorry, I can't help with the Celebrity Slim diet as I've never used it! All the best though!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I tried it for 4 weeks and had some good first off losses 3 kg,in 3 weeks, but the low carb part was to hard and I ended up going off it and putting the weight back on. I did inspire some girls at work to try it to though and two girls have both lost 1 kg a week for the last 5 weeks, so I guess if it works for you its worth it. just not my cup of tea
[no excuses, I can do it!

Hi Donna, I did Celebrity Slim for three months to fit into a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. I lost about 5 kilos, (I was a bit slack with the diet at times and my weight plateaud for about 5 weeks GRRR)

I think its a great way to get you going and motivated, its so easy to lose weight if you stick to it and drink plenty of water aswell.

But the same as other people, I missed real food a little bit, and for me it was only a short term solution. I have put back on 1.5 or so kilos, but I expected that when I stopped the diet.

I do drink the shakes still for breakfast because its convenient, but wont be buying anymore after the box I have because its a cost that I don't really need right now.

I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but I was happy with the result. Hope this helps.
