Hi Everyone,
I posted an intro about 6 months ago and have since fallen off the wagon and not been back since but this time is for real!
About a year ago I weighed around 68 kilos, I managed to get down to 57 at the start of this year, by extreme exercise and eating just salad. I stayed this weight until about 2 months ago I moved in with my boyfriend!! I think that I've been ok with the eating but obviously not because I now weigh around 62 kilos! I am so mad with myself cos it was so hard to lose the weight in the first place. I've decided to be a little less strict this time around, am using Calorie King which is definitely helping me! Getting back into my Tae Bo and running now which should hopefully help. I lack motivation and love food way too much for my own good! Sorry for the long post!

Good luck with your journey! Don't worry, the important thing is getting back ON the wagon! :)

Definitely try and be less strict .. introduce changes gradually, and they will become habits. Strict diets are the hardest to keep! Best to start slowly :)

best wishes and as mandie said still eat all the healthy foods you like and occasional treats and you will still lose weight :)

Welcome back (even though I'm sure you would be glad never to have to see this place again!) At least you have proved that it is possible so you KNOW you can do it!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
