So I didn't get too far last time, but I think I'm in a better head space and ready to get back into it!
So rules are no junk, like chocolate and greasy stuff. I'm trying to keep remembering that filling your body with unhealthy food is like filling your car with bad fuel.
My dog also needs to go on a diet, so he's going to start eating better, and I'm going to take him for lots of walks. I'm also going to go to the gym as often as I can.
Stats: I'm 163cm, and around 75kg (my scales have broken so I don't know exactly how much now). My goal is to get down to 60kg, and possibly 55kg which is still in a healthy BMI, but I don't know if that will suit me. Ideal size is 12. I'm now around a size 14-16.
