Hi, this is my first time here and i'm on a weight loss journey lol i'm on Jenny Craig, have been for a bit over 3 weeks and have lost 1.6 kgs so far. I've been going to the gym a lot, and even though i haven't had my centimetres measured again since i started, i think i've lost some. Will find out when i go for my weigh in and measure next Monday!!

Has anyone else tried Jenny Craig?

Hi Trish, welcome to the forum.
A few of my friends have tried it and say it's great so long as you do the exercise along with it (it's a little out of my price range otherwise I'd give it a go too)

Welcome to the forum and congrats on losing already! I'm sure you will find the people on this forum very helpful and supportive and a good addition to your Jenny Craig program!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
