i joined kate morgan last week and got weighed this morning. i lost 3.9kg. not too bad. i've been hungry at times and found that water usually did the trick. i've followed the program except that i had pumpkin at dinner and sometimes peas.
i love the shakes, they are delicious. i've set my goal at 10kg for the moment but i have more to loose. baby steps. i've been commenting with others on this program and am watching everyone's progress. i have had a few headaches but everything else is ok. no-one's told me i have bad breath.
i would love to hear from others who are on or have been on this program. it's very similar to other meal replacment programs i think. i find this forum a big help, it's great to have support.
