Hello

Postby Shane » Mon Nov 05, 2007 3:46 pm

Hi Everyone,

My name is Shane. I'm a 27 year old student. I have 2 kids (one almost two and one two months).

My weight has fluctuated between 90 and 100kg for as long as I can remember. My long term goal is to get down to 75kg, which would put me in the healthy range for BMI, but for now my goal is to be under 90kg before Christmas (currently 94.8).

Hope to chat with you all in the coming weeks.

Shane

Hi Shane and welcome to the forum! I also like the froggies!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Thanks everybody for the friendly welcome :D . I can tell that this is going to be a good place to get the support that I will no doubt need from time to time.

Milkyway, I am studying education (primary). I have one more year to go.

Cool! em/zeedeevelgirl, one of our regulars, will be starting uni next year, studying to become a teacher. Look out... she might have a tonne of questions for you.

All the best... san
