Hello Everyone I just come across this cool website today.Not only is is a great forum it is also a good information source.

I started my jorney on jan 8th 2005 and to date I have lost 38.6 kilos and I would like to loose another 10 kilos to get to my personal goal weight.

I am looking forward to reading all your posts and I am just so glad I found this site - Its great!

Hi Natalie, wonderful to have you with us.
Wow congrats on all the weight you've succeeded on losing so far, I'm impressed.

If you wish to incorporate a tickergraph to track your weight loss, just click onto anyones graph and it will instantly take you to the correct site page.
Then just follow the given directions and at the end of it, you'll see lots of codes, just copy and paste the one marked bbCode to this forum and the graph you selected will appear.

Congrats on the weight you have lost so far and we will enjoy following your success in losing the rest! There's lots of things on this site that you might find helpful including food and exercise diaries and lots of support and information!

See you around in the forums and I will have to get hubby to do the weight graph for me because I dont know how to cut and paste.I am pretty clueless with computers - I only know enough to get myself out of trouble and thats it.

Hi Natalie,
You might have to re Log in again so your name doesn't appear as the name Guest (the log in is near the top right hand side of this page)
Then once you're logged-in you might want to save this page to favorites so you can get here in an instant.

Hi Natalie,
That's ok, Dolly's kinda done a tutorial recently of cut and pasting (I think it's in one of the general discussion's). It's very easy once you know how and it comes in handy as every time you lose weight you have to redo your ticker graph and cut and paste it in to your profile again!!! (Which is something we want to achieve on a reglar basis :P )

Have a read of Dolly's instructions and ask the hubby to show you and I'm sure you'll soon get the hang of it!

Thankyou very much for that info.I will do it when i get hoe form work and I guess I will have to update it each week because I plan to get to goal by Easter( I hope!!!!!)

I have been stuck at this weight for a while now but after loosing 38 kg who am I to complain.

I plan to weigh in on saturdays...When do you weigh in?
