Don't think of it as 26kg to lose.. you'll get disheartened and start thinking that you'll never get there! It's good to break it up into mini-goals, say 5kg at a time. That way, it's achievable, you can reward yourself along the way, and before you know it, you're 5kg away from your long term goal!
I weigh in on Fridays, because that gives me the maximum time during the week to make up for the weekend!
