I just joined a new gym within walking distance, re calculated what I should be eating and recycled all my cookbooks bar the Symply Too Good range. With the menu planner and some exersize I was down to 92kg early this year, but alass, i think that wagon had a head on with a Sushi Truck (previously it was a KFC truck) - my main weakness. Its all about portion sizing but because it appears better, I think I can eat more of it. i just need to practice what i think is right instead of putting it off one more day.
EG This morning i was fully psyched up to go to gym at 6am. Alarm goes off and its like, hmm another hours sleep would be great. So today is the LAST day I do that. Its the last day I eat too much sushi, and a boost juice together.
i trust you peep's can keep me in line... putting everything I know is right into play and not thinking tomorrow I will. Today i start!
