hi guys...
thought id introduce myself...
i've been on and off weight watchers for the past 3 years and i was thinking about starting the kate morgan program. is anyone currently doing it and would they be able to tell me if it's worth it?

im keen to lose about 15 kilos, i put on quite a lot of weight last year and im getting sick of not fitting into the clothes i want to wear and looking awful in photos..
and my weight has turned me into a real hermit, i hardly ever want to go out because... well im sure you all know and have been there as well!

looking forward to meeting you all

welcome jane

it sucks that your weight has become such an issue to the point where you don't wanna go out - ive certainly been there!

confidence comes from within. eating right and exercising will help make you feel better, and as the kilos drop off you wont know yourself

best of luck! :)

theres a few people around doing kate morgan, maybe do a search for kate morgan and find the threads
