Hi i would like to introduce myself to all you wonderful people out there, My name is Sammi I am 26 years of age and I live with my Partner and 3 living children and have one Angel baby.
When odin was born early and only lived for and hour my world came crashing down, i would sit at home all day comfort eating not wanting to get out, 4 mths after odins birth i found out i was pregnant again, I started getting worried that history would repete itself and which started me comfort eating even more, with my previose pregnancys it was nothing for me to lose 20kg or more to morning sickness so I thought the extra weight would just come off.... IT DIDNT.. i started to gain more and more weight, Its almost 2 years since i had my lil girl, a perfect healthy little baby. but my body has suffered, Now im trying to do something about it.
Yesterday i went out and brought myself an elliptical walker, weighed myself today and i am 100kg exactly and at only 5ft something needs to be done...

I have just started on leisa's secret program, its alot cheaper than other shake programs and tastes pretty good too.. so im hoping i can turn my life around and get my weight down to 55kg (ideal weight for height) then i might be able to get out and play with my kids without feeling buggered after a few minutes

On the Up side i did 3km on the elliptical walker today which apparently used up 70 cal hopefully i can keep it up and with being here on the forums theres alot of wonderfull people who will ... I hope keep me motivated

Hi Sammi and welcome,

Sorry about your loss. I know where your coming from. I lost my son Cameron 2.5yrs old 3 days before christmas in 2004 and that when I started really gaining alot of my weight. I was 80kg before he died and now I'm 123kg :( . I did everything like you did when it came to dealing with the loss.
