Hi, came across this site by accident and am feeling all inspired now so hopefully that continues, have done a few weight loss programs which just haven't worked for me, i think the strictness of them makes me all rebelious so i then eat stuff i shouldn't. so now i'm just gonna try to eat healthy food in appropriate portion sizes and try to gradually increase the amount of exercise i do (which has always been an issue for me!!!) :D

well, have jsut spent a few hours reading through various sections of this forum, and have written what felt like a small essay in the part for those that want to lose more than 10kg curvacious and something, i've forgotten, its getting a bit late at night and i'm getting sleepy!!!

so feeling good and motivated, and have identified my goals for this week.

thanks for the welcomes and support and looking forward to providing that for others and continuing to receive the same to help me stay on track!!!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
