well, have jsut spent a few hours reading through various sections of this forum, and have written what felt like a small essay in the part for those that want to lose more than 10kg curvacious and something, i've forgotten, its getting a bit late at night and i'm getting sleepy!!!
so feeling good and motivated, and have identified my goals for this week.
