Another newbie join you in the weight loss battle.
I started my "life style change" on the 1/1/06 and have lost 13.6 kgs so far. Ultimately i want to lose 42 kgs!
Why did i gain weight... coz i ate the wrong things... often
i didnt excercise and to top it off i had a baby (but she is so worth it
