Hmmm .... approach to weightloss? I have no idea! At the moment I'm going to aim for less than 1200 calories per day & 1 hour of exercise a day, monitored on calorieking.com.au
My biggest weaknesses are alcohol consumption and binge eating lollies. I have recently reduced my caffeine intake from 6 doses a day (2 coffee, 3 diet coke, 1 iced coffee) to 1 coffee which has stopped some of my bloating.
