Hi All, just thought I would introduce myself before I start posting.

I am 30 years old, married and no kids (yet). I have about 10kg to lose until I can fit comfortably into a size 10 again. It has taken me 6 years to gain these 10kg and I have been trying to lose them for the past 2 years to no avail (I fluctuate between 62kg & 58kg). Also I am quite short at 5"1'. The main reason I want to lose weight is to reduce my bust size (12DD/10E) as I have so much trouble finding tops and dresses and get really frustrated when shopping (especially with the fashions at the moment which just make me look pregnant). Plus the size of my breasts are starting to cause me back problems and I don't want to have a breast reduction before having kids. In addition I want to be in great shape and healthy before I get pregnant.

I am hoping to find some tips, answers and support on this forum to help me get to my goal.

Hi & welcome!

I must say 1 thing, your username on here is very negative. I understand if your not happy with the way your body is at the moment, but saying that you hate your body is not healthy.

The fact that you want to be healthy and lose weight actually means that you love your body and are willing to make changes to make it healthier.

Apart from that, you will find plenty of positive support and advice here!

Hmmm .... approach to weightloss? I have no idea! At the moment I'm going to aim for less than 1200 calories per day & 1 hour of exercise a day, monitored on calorieking.com.au

My biggest weaknesses are alcohol consumption and binge eating lollies. I have recently reduced my caffeine intake from 6 doses a day (2 coffee, 3 diet coke, 1 iced coffee) to 1 coffee which has stopped some of my bloating.
