I’m a Sydney girl in my mid 20’s
My weight problems started about 5 years ago when I stopped all my life long sporting activities and I gained a whopping 18kg. For a long time I didn’t care how big a got until recently when I saw my cellulite covered thighs and stomach in a very well lit changing room. I have already lost 2kg, but I have a long way to go with 15kg left to lose.
I am currently looking into some lifestyle diets to incorporate into my everyday life.
