I am 18 and have been wanting to loose weight for a long time now. I used to be toned and healthy until I gave up dance 3 years ago, since then I have gained 15kg. Although I understand that the weight naturally comes with age, 65kg at my age and height of 5"2 is unhealthy to me. I'm not easily motivated and I go out for dinner at least once a week. I've started using the Weight Watchers point system, has anyone else found this helpful?
I hope hearing from others with similar goals to me will help in my aim to loose those 10kg.
