Just to say Hi

Postby Helene » Wed Feb 15, 2006 2:36 pm

Just joined this group so thought I would stick my head in to see what is going on. Two weeks ago I started the Tony Ferguson meal replacement diet. So far not too bad (lost 5.5kg) :) but want to get a lot more serious. Like trying to burn all the calories and more ...just have to work out how many calories are going in, and making sure more....more......and more still comes out. :D

Hi Helene, what a lovely name. Welcome to the Weightloss forum.
Congratulations on losing so much weight with the Tony Ferguson diet, 5.5kg is an awesome amount to lose in just 2 weeks.

This chart might help you to calculate the calories burned from certain exercise you choose to do (it comes in kilojoules and also calories and also has the different weight estimates)

Welcome to the forum.

I too started on Tony Ferguson and lost 13 kgs in 5 weeks. I'm now doing the weight loss on my own (im a single mum and cant justify spending $$$ on the shakes) but i have learnt sooo much about what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.

Best of luck with it!!!
