I'm starting a big weight loss adventure with about 30kgs to lose altogether, with a mini goal of 15kg by February. I'm 3.3kgs down after 2 weeks of dieting. I've also been doing boxing training twice a week since May which I absolutely love, but unfortunately while I was building muscle and losing a little fat (and feeling a million times better than when I was doing no exercise) I wasn't getting any real weight loss result from the exercise alone.
Now I'm doing the 12 week gold plan with MediTrim though I've found the Sprint program a bit severe so I'm adding extra protein. I really crashed in the first week and got quite run down, and I realised I needed to have an energy bar before working out as the basic diet really leaves nothing much in the tank. I've had encouraging losses including 10cm off my waist measurement so I'm well on the way.
