:lol: Hi to everyone well this is new to me making r blog anyway but diets have always been in my life :roll: I'm r single mum with 3 girls and 1 grandson and have battled with my weight for along time up until 4 wks ago.
I weighed myself at my friends place and neally died weighing in at 131kgs i couldn't believe it and i got so depressed i went to see my doctor and told him how could i have put on so much weight as i'm not r big eater and i'm on the move all the time and do alot of walking,so i was to have r diabetes test and thyroid test which i'm still waiting to have done but after seeing the doctor i weighed myself again i weighed in at 135kgs :shock: only after r week from my weigh in at my friends with this i decided to go on r diet of my own which i feel has worked for me i have now been on my diet for 4 weeks and have come down to 125kgs which i'm so pleased with myself,all i do is cut my meals in half i eat yogurt,fish,my own bread which is soy and linseed bread,i also have r george foreman and i grill all our meat as well and the best i drink lots of water i also use r tummy toner which was hard at first but i'm gradually getting used to it lol,so i hope this 1 works for me the best thing is i seem to have abit more energy and can walk that littl bit more,anyway good luck to everyone and i think this site is terriffic

how frustrating all that must have been. Well done on losing 10 kg in 4 weeks, you are doing so well. Welcome to the forum.

Nice ticker weight loss graph you selected there Rhea,
If you want to formally register (so the word guest doesn't appear with your name all the time) Just click on the word Register on the top right of this page.
Then click on the agreement and fill out the top section of the question sheet.
Your pretty new ticker graph can be pasted into the signature window shown on the question sheet, it will then be automatically on display here.

Scott will process the questionaire within 12 hours then you will be able to click on the Log in also at the top right side of the screen.
